For five days in September (22-26.09.2015), representatives of the Association participated in a short training program (LTTA), within the frame of the project “TAP – Together Against Poverty”. The meeting was dedicated to the projects’ partners, with a focus on mutual learning, and the main objective being the development of two adequate workshop methodologies.

On 21st and 22nd July 2015, partners of project „TAP- Together Against Poverty” were hosted at their Estonian partner – MITRA association. The meeting was devoted to summarizing the preparation of science publications, based on the conducted research.

Meeting in Athens – CONVET project
The third transnational project meeting took place in Athens, Greece, on the 16th and 17th of April 2015. The meeting started with a presentation of the new company in the partnership, TTC which replaced Oake. After a formal presentation, the partners moved to discussion outcomes of Workpackage 3. There were some doubts regarding the level of extraction in relation to the learning outcomes, especially in the second level of qualifications. SeaTeach was called via Skype (they were unable to attend) and the discussion continued.
Distribution of income among women entrepreneurs
During a survey, which was designed to provide a deeper analysis of issues addressed by the BADGE project (Business Advice and Guidance training for women Entrepreneurs. Project funded by the European Commission, as a part of Leonardo da Vinci – Transfer of Innovation programme), 150 respondents were asked about their income. The group included both women entrepreneurs (53 respondents) and women who do not plan starting their business (91 respondents). The average income of the women who do not plan becoming entrepreneurs was more than 2600zł lower than the average income of women entrepreneurs (Table 1).
ECVET workshop in Warsaw
On Monday the 13.4.2015 a workshop was held in Warsaw focusing on the use of ECVET in Life Long Learning. It was organized by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (Polish National Agency) and ECVET experts. Presented topics included ECVET in Life Long Learning and the pros and cons of the EPALE platform.
The representative of CWEP had the opportunity to actively participate in this meeting. Possibly the most important were practical activities during which the workshop participants were divided into four groups. The participants were then given a task to develop standard learning outcomes in a variety of industries, including gastronomy, technical works and tourism.
ET-NEETS project – in social media
As part of our outreach to people, groups and organisations ET-NEETS is very active on social media covering and discussing interesting; articles, topics and themes related to EU NEETs, and our Project progress. Themes such as “Non-Formal Learning: a solution?” , “Youth Guarantee Explained” and “NEET’s vs Youth Unemployment-Know the difference”, have all been covered along with many more.

According to latest official data unemployment rate In our region decreased on 3%. In the end of march current year 155 340 persons was registered in labor offices. In February number of registered was higher on 4966 persons.
The number registered job offers increased as well. In march there was 6955 free workplaces.
For comparison in February number of job offers was only 5237.
