We want to present poster and newsletter that informs about the project IOR – Impact Of Relationship, whose aim is to increase the safety of young people aged 10-17 years using social media using social networking sites. These materials include links to social networking sites containing tips on how to safely use the internet and social networking sites.

New publication of the Association “The Center for Education and Enterprise Support” has been released. This time it is about mentoring. As noted in the introduction: “We say about mentoring in various situations, not only in the event of a formal education. You may even find that mentoring is more associated with non-formal and informal education than the traditional way of teaching. Every situation in life can also be the subject of mentoring, because it is immaterial whether we learn about functioning of big corporations or adopting to cultural conditions of a foreign country. It also doesn’t matter if a mentor will be an older person offering us face-to-face contact, or whether it he/she will be younger person communicating with us through internet. The most important is the goal of mentoring: development of the person pursued”. This publication presents both theoretical and practical aspects of mentoring and its key elements include presentation of best Swiss practices in this field.
Przedsiębiorczość to specyficzna filozofia, sposób działania ludzi, funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. To ogromna siła sprawcza, czynnik rozwoju pojedynczych osób, przedsiębiorstw, regionów, jak i całych gospodarek. To jeden z najistotniejszych atrybutów rynkowego modelu gospodarowania. Rozwój przedsiębiorczości jest jedną z najbardziej kluczowych kwestii we współczesnej ekonomii. Czynniki warunkujące powodzenie działalności gospodarczej oraz motywy jej podejmowania od lat stanowią przedmiot pogłębionych badań, które przeprowadzane są wśród różnych grup społeczno-ekonomicznych. Przedsiębiorczość wydaje się też receptą na problemy współczesnego świata, gdzie kryzys ekonomiczny, bezrobocie czy zagrożenie ubóstwem wymuszają podejmowanie samodzielnej aktywności gospodarczej.

Entrepreneurship is a specific philosophy, the way of human activities, operation of enterprises. This is a huge driving force, factor in the development of individuals, companies, regions, and entire economies. This is one of the most important attributes of market management model. Development of entrepreneurship is one of the key issues in contemporary economics. Factors influencing the success of economic activities and motives of her making years are the subject of in-depth studies that are conducted among different socio-economic groups. Entrepreneurship seems to be a recipe for problems of the modern world, where the economic crisis, unemployment and the risk of poverty necessitate making independent economic activity.
Publication published by the Association “The Center for Education and Enterprise Support” aims to bring the subject of entrepreneurship expressed by women at risk of exclusion for three reasons. It concerns women:
On 10th June we were in the High School named of Tadeusz Kosciuszko in Wysoka. The purpose of this visit was to conduct a workshop on violence and cyberbullying. There were already 9 workshop organized in Subcarpathian region in framework of the project CyberMentors Europe (more about the project can be read here).
The workshop was attended by 26 young people who actively participated in games and exercises and discussions with aim to share their knowledge and experience on how to protect against situations that threaten their safety, especially on the Internet. A notable result of the workshop was stimulation of the interest of participants in the protection of their privacy on social networks and the principles of network security. The workshop participants have acquired the ability to personal support of their peers. They became mentors and they gained knowledge about the risks (particularly bullying, harassment or violence) and how to deal with them will be able to pass on.
One of the CEES projects implemented under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme refers to the cooperation between the Association and a potential Swiss partner in the field of mentoring and best practices for its use.
On 5th May 2014, representatives of CEES took part in a study visit, which helped to establish contact with the organization “ECAP Research & Development”, the Swiss leader in the field of mentoring and coaching. The scope of the knowledge and materials concerned the definition and theory of mentoring, coaching comparisons, identifying the best techniques and ways to use mentoring, depending on the target group. At the end, were also presented training and development projects based on mentoring, which have been successful. We hope that this knowledge will allow us to develop a valuable publication and transferring good practices from Switzerland to Poland.
W dniach 10 i 11 kwietnia duża grupa członków naszego stowarzyszenie uczestniczyła w spotkaniu partnerów w projekcie Taste Different, spotkanie odbywało się w duńskim, słynącym z klocków LEGO, mieście Vejle.
Agenda spotkania została ułożona w taki sposób, iż prace typowo projektowe przeplatały się z warsztatami przygotowanymi przez gospodarzy spotkania oraz ze spotkaniami z przedstawicielami grupy docelowej projektu w Danii. Najprzyjemniejszym momentem był warsztat dotyczący przypraw pochodzących z różnych krajów. Uczestnicy kosztowali specjalne próbki pokarmów i mieli odgadnąć jakie przyprawy zostały użyte do ich przygotowania. Następnie wymieniali się spostrzeżeniami i wiedzą na temat przypraw używanych w ich krajach. Wszyscy byli zgodni, iż tym razem ciężka praca przeplatała się z dobrą zabawą i poznawaniem innych kultur i smaków.
On 10th and 11th April a large group of members of our association participated in the meeting of the project partners Taste Different, a meeting took place in Danish, famous for LEGO town of Vejle.
Agenda of the meeting was arranged in such a way that the work typical for project interspersed with workshops prepared by the hosts of meeting and meetings with representatives of the target group in Denmark. Most enjoyable moment was a workshop concerning the spices from different countries. Participants tasted a sample special foods and have to guess what spices were used to prepare them. Then exchanged insights and knowledge about the spices used in their countries. All agreed that this time the hard work alternated with the fun and learning about other cultures and flavors.
Jeszcze zanim kryzys uderzył w Europę, trudno było znaleźć środowisko wspierające innowacyjną przedsiębiorczość wśród kobiet w trudnej sytuacji. Teraz jest jeszcze trudniej i próżno szukać szkoleń i wsparcia dla kobiet, które chcą rozpocząć działalność na własną rękę.
Warsztaty Różnorodność w Biznesie zostały zaprojektowane w Wielkiej Brytanii gdzie odniosły sukces i teraz przyczynią się do pomocy kobietom przez szkolenia z umiejętności miękkich i kompetencji dla kobiet, które chcą założyć lub właśnie założyły własną firmę.
Even before the crisis hit Europe, it was difficult to find an environment supporting innovative entrepreneurship among women facing double disadvantage. Now it is even more difficult to find support and training improve prospects for entrepreneurial women.
Diversity in Business workshops were developed in the UK and now will aid in delivering the necessary training in valuable soft skills and competences for women who want to start or have just started their own business.
Wsparcie dla kobiet znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji życiowej wymaga zastosowania niestandardowego podejścia i nowych metod działania. Takie podejście przyświeca też realizacji projektu BADGE, finansowanego przez Komisję Europejską w ramach Programu Uczenie się przez całe życie. Celem projektu jest transfer i adaptacja innowacyjnego programu wsparcia dla kobiet w trudnej sytuacji życiowej, który dzięki szkoleniom i warsztatom z umiejętności miękkich i zawodowych pomoże założyć własną firmę.
Support for double disadvantaged women requires a non-standard approach and innovative methodology. Both are the highlights of project BADGE, which is funded by the European Commission in Longlife Learning Programme. The project aims to transfer and adapt innovative support programme for double disadvantaged women to assist them starting up their own business by providing training and workshops on valuable soft skills and competences.
Jak co roku, 12 kwietnia w dniu dzieci ulicy organizacje pozarządowe, decydenci, przedsiębiorcy i osoby prywatne na całym świecie obchodzić będą Międzynarodowy Dzień Dzieci Ulicy. Dzień ten od 2011 r. poświęcony jest uwrażliwianiu społeczeństwa na problemy dzieci śpiących pod gołym niebem. Dzień ten został wprowadzony przez Konsorcjum dla Dzieci Ulicy (Consortium for Street Children – CSC), wiodącą sieć organizacji mającą na celu zagwarantowanie praw dzieciom ulicy na całym świecie.
Projekt Children Rough Sleepers (CRS), finansowany przez Komisję Europejską w ramach programu Daphne III, wykorzystuje okazję by w dniu 12 kwietnia przypomnieć o zwiększającej się liczbie dzieci śpiących pod gołym niebem.

This annual dedication to an particularly vulnerable group in our society was launched in 2011 by the Consortium for Street Children (CSC), the leading network dedicated to guaranteeing the rights of street children worldwide.
The Children Rough Sleepers Project, funded via the European Commission’s Daphne Programme, is taking the occasion of April 12, 2014 to raise awareness about the significant, annually increasing number of minors who sleep rough throughout Europe.
W dniach od 9 do 12 kwietnia 2014 trwało czwarte międzynarodowe spotkanie w ramach projektu ReAge – Reaktywacja seniorów i młodzieży w społeczeństwie. W spotkaniu w Bukareszcie wzięli udział partnerzy z Grecji, Holandii, Słowenii, Rumuni, Wielkiej Brytanii i Polski. Organizatorem spotkania było Stowarzyszenie REPERE z Bacau.
Partnerzy przedstawili swoją dotychczasową pracę w projekcie, zaprezentowali pudełka pamięci. Ponadto omówiony został trzeci numer newslettera oraz końcowy produkt projektu. Istotną częścią spotkania była również kwestia dotycząca końcowej konferencji projektu, która została zaplanowana na 5-6 czerwca 2014 w Hadze (Holandia).
In the period from 9 to 12 April 2014 took place fourth international meeting on the project ReAge – Reactivating senior citizens and youngsters in society. The meeting in Bucharest was attended by partners from Greece, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Romania, the UK and Poland. The meeting was hosted by the Association REPERE from Bacau.
Partners presented their current work in the project, presented the memory box. Also discussed was the third issue of the newsletter and the final product of the project. An important part of the meeting which was also discussed the final conference of the project, which is scheduled for 5-6 June 2014 in The Hague (Netherlands).
