Most of people feel need of having some savings, and science has no doubts about it. But have all households got that opportunity and what is it affected by, is another question.
In the second issue of research journal „Humanities and Social Sciences” (2/2015), an article entitled Savings in the households with low income utility was published. This publication is a result of Association’s own research project „Research on income utility of polish households and its influence on households behaviour”. The publication raises an issue of assessing the income utility for polish households and the influence of this assessment on saving up in these households.
