Fifteen representatives of partners in project BEVIN met in Torino, on 30th and 31st May 2016. There were a few people new to the project, so introductions were well justified. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss to divide the tasks for the coming months with emphasis on the process of collecting the appropriate tools to the BEVIN database.
Partners also looked into technical aspects of database development and received practical guidance on the collection of data (it will be useful for programmers during the programming phase). Other points on the agenda were: planning the use of Method Delphi, dissemination of the project its intellectual outputs, and evaluation of project activity.
