The 4equality development workshops in Poland

At the beginning of April, partners of the 4equality project met in Rzeszow to work together on the next stages of activities. Apart from CWEP representatives, there were attendees from organizations in Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus and Portugal.

During this inspiring workshop, the partners focused primarily on the development of a virtual e-mentor, training materials and an e-learning platform. They discussed not only the content, but also the way the material was presented, the interactivity of the tools, and their accessibility and usability for young female users – the project’s target group.

The project team exchanged opinions on the results so far, presented prototypes of the materials and collaboratively planned the next steps: among others, the preparation of test versions, translations and promotional activities. The topic of support for youth workers who will use the tools in their work with young women was also raised – the emerging set of materials will be divided into eight practical chapters, developed by various project partners.

The atmosphere of the meeting was very constructive – there was no shortage of concrete findings, but also room for a free exchange of ideas and inspiration. After the working part, there was also time for integration during a joint dinner.

The next meeting is scheduled for October this year – this time in Cyprus.
