Project description
In response to Europe’s aging population and the presence of multiple generations in the labor market, the project focuses on breaking down stereotypes about generations. By analyzing differences and similarities in areas such as communication, culture, attitudes toward work and technology, MYCo is creating tools for employers, HR managers and labor organizations.
The project will create a training game that will allow employees to interact with virtual versions of their colleagues, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation. MYCo’s main goal is to build healthy and inclusive workplaces, where differences become opportunities for growth and similarities become the basis for success.

Project results
- R1: Analysis of generational diversity in the workplace, developed from field research, identifying training needs.
- R2: A handbook on generational inclusiveness and diversity
- R3: Activities based on the participatory learning method, tailored to the needs of different generations and linked to the chapters of the handbook.
- R4: A virtual environment in which users create avatars of their co-workers, selecting their characteristics according to the handbook’s themes to develop empathy and mutual understanding.
