Project description:
The objective is to assist SMEs in the development of apprenticeship programs, mainly interdisciplinary, aimed at facilitating internationalization through the establishment of cross-border business activities. In order to achieve its goals, the project will develop a Curriculum programme for the in-company tutors (SMEs) of internationalisation activities (MOOC – massive open online course), an interactive web platform which will include the MOOC and a Self-Directed Learning Guide to support in-company trainers in using the curriculum programme and MOOC for teaching apprentices about internationalisation activities.

- Develop new and innovative methods in education and training
- Develop interdisciplinary apprenticeship in the EU
- Improve skills related to internationalisation
- Increase opportunities for internationalisation
- Increase the learning participation in the adult field, as well as the take of initiative and the employability
- Improve the relation between education, training and the international business world
- Foster the assessment of key competencies, in particular entrepreneurship
- Promote Education and Culture in Lifelong Learning to raise cultural awareness and shared values through internationalisation
Target group:
The project targets workers in SMEs, and more specific, in-company tutors who will provide apprentices with the latest innovative capabilities and skills related to interdisciplinary apprenticeship in an international environment.
