Project description

The main objective of the ACCESS II project is to equip secondary school teachers with innovative and effective tools to develop students’ critical thinking skills about the environment. By providing engaging and comprehensive resources, the project aims to enable teachers to create a generation of informed and responsible citizens who are prepared to face the challenges of climate change.

Project results

  • Training lessons on environmental critical thinking – a set of 200 micro lessons on critical thinking about the environment for secondary school students in 6 languages.
  • Environmental critical thinking training platform – an e-learning platform where the project results will be available.
  • Environmental critical approach microcertificate – a system that will help schools assess the level of skills acquisition and thus the environmental performance of staff and students.
  • Toolkit for teachers on environmental critical thinking training – an online guide for teachers will provide users with practical guidance on how to implement the newly developed micro lessons in schools and apply the micro-certification system.
