Project description

EntreAdu, as a cornerstone initiative in alignment with the EU’s strategic priorities, emphasizes bolstering investment in human capital and education. In addition to empowering educators to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets among low-skilled migrant adults, EntreAdu also includes specialized training courses to enhance teachers’ qualifications. Through this comprehensive approach, the project aims to catalyze economic empowerment and foster societal inclusion, adhering to the directives outlined by the European Council.

  • Educators and facilitators working with low-skilled adults with migrant backgrounds,
  • Low-skilled adults with migrant backgrounds,
  • NGOs and Adult Education Centers,
  • Women,
  • Immigrants,
  • Youth,
  • Seniors.

PROJECT RESULTS

EntreAdu will develop three project results:

R1: A framework on entrepreneurship grounded on Entrecomp (EC,2016) to figure out how to establish a new model of social entrepreneurship education framework that can be used by migrants on a European level.

R2: A Self Assessment and Recommendation tool to help adult educators to have an overview of their competencies.

R3: An Open Online Course to enhance adult educators’ competencies to develop their own teaching competencies.
