In an era of rapid digitalisation and increasing online threats, the project responds to the need to build awareness of the impact of the digital environment on young people&#8217;s behaviour and emotional wellbeing, as well as to raise their awareness of cyber security.<\/div>\n<p><em>The main objectives of the project are:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>developing emotional intelligence (empathy, self-control, emotional resilience),<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>raising digital safety competences,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>supporting youth workers in their work with the 18-25 age group, often overlooked in national education strategies,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>creating innovative educational tools that combine emotional and digital aspects.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Target group<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Youth educators, youth workers, volunteers, activists and young startuppers.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Young people aged 18-25.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Stakeholders, including: cultural, recreational and voluntary associations offering services to young people; and incubators of innovation; youth centres; public authorities.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project results<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R2:<\/strong> <strong>EM&amp;M manual guide<\/strong> &#8211; A compendium of knowledge and practical guidance for youth workers, combining the topics of emotional intelligence and cyber security.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R3: Storytelling series <\/strong>&#8211; A collection of short stories and scenarios inspired by real-life situations, showcasing the challenges and good practices related to emotions and online safety.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R4: The microlearning environment &#8211; <\/strong>An interactive learning platform that enables self-directed learning through short, engaging modules.
