Specifically, the project is concerned with securing the employability of young autistic people. As a result, it seeks to offer capacity building for youth workers and provide them with high-quality innovative material to support autistic youth.<\/div>\n<p>EASY project aims to contribute to the integration of autistic youth into the labour market by enhancing their employability and job-seeking skills. It aims to improve the partners\u2019 capacity to support autistic people\u2019s competitiveness; increase youth workers\u2019 understanding of the autistic learners\u2019 diverse abilities; increase autistic youth\u2019s level of employability and help them claim their rightful place in local, national and European workforce; increase the effects of inclusion in workplaces. This project focuses on three main topics that correlate with three the priorities highlighted by the Erasmus+ 2022 guide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthening the employability of young people<\/li>\n<li>Increasing quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work<\/li>\n<li>Inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>EASY target groups:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Youth workers<\/li>\n<li>Autistic youth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>EASY project results<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R1: Employment Journey Guide and Informal Activity Workbook:<\/strong> It will deliver a guide for youth workers to support the job-seeking process for young autistic people and an activity workbook with informal activities to teach autistic youth<\/li>\n<li><strong>R2: Linear Scenario Simulator:<\/strong> This will produce an online simulator that will be based on<br \/>\na workplace scenario.
