Especially constant innovation related changes, new technologies or business models, create the need for fast adaptation and developing corresponding competences which are not immediately available at the job market.<\/p>\n<p>On these terms, the European partnership of 5 organizations is working on OPI project with the aim to develop and test a comprehensive methodology and tools for requalification of human resources to obtain professional competences for those future oriented positions in open innovation scope.<\/p>\n<p>The OPI partnership is strictly oriented on bringing high level expertise in the area of education and innovation and support for vulnerable groups and their support environment:<\/p>\n<p>University of Pite\u015fti (UPIT) \u2013 Romania \/<a href=\"http:\/\/www.upit.ro\">www.upit.ro<\/a>\/<\/p>\n<p>E&amp;D Knowledge Consulting \u2013 Portugal \/www.ed-knowledgeconsulting.com\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bing.com\/search?q=e%26d+knowledge+and+consulting&amp;cvid=80756ee2a970498f9e64db70926487b5&amp;aqs=edge..69i57.5368j0j4&amp;FORM=ANAB01&amp;PC=LCTS\"><br \/>\n<\/a>Valencia INNO HUB \u2013 Spain \/<a href=\"http:\/\/www.valenciainnohub.com\/\">www.valenciainnohub.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>WARP Innovation \u2013 Austria \/www.warp-innovation.com\/<\/p>\n<p>STOWARZYSZENIE CENTRUM WSPIERANIA EDUKACJI I PRZEDSIEBIORCZOSCI (CWEP) \u2013 Poland \/www.cwep.eu\/<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the project work, the partnership will ensure the delivery of the necessary inputs by developing the results in phases called \u201cintellectual outputs\u201d:<\/p>\n<p>IO1 \u2013 Report of the level of OI skills and abilities at local market<\/p>\n<p>IO2 \u2013 Methodology and mechanism for building HR staff competencies to support OI competencies development<\/p>\n<p>IO3 \u2013 Methodology and diagnostic tool for evaluating requalification potential<\/p>\n<p>IO4 \u2013 OPI development program methodology and contents<\/p>\n<p>IO5 \u2013 OPI Toolkit<\/p>\n<p>IO6 \u2013 OPI Online platform<\/p>\n<p>IO7 \u2013 OPI Piloting report<\/p>\n<p>IO8 \u2013 Open Innovation re-qualification guide<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the consortium will strongly encourage broad distribution and usage of the intellectual outputs among relevant experts as well as individuals providing their expertise and sharing the project results on piloting events, national events and the Final Conference in Romania.<\/p>\n<p>Be updated with the latest news!
