The partnership would like to focus on these target groups and engage them in a successful career path either as employed or as self-employed entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Aims of the project<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To elaborate UPthEm training programme to empower employability and employment prospects of disadvantaged people.<\/li>\n<li>To shot 40 videos (8 per country) with successful motivating stories of disadvantaged people.<\/li>\n<li>To train 25 (5 per country) adult educators to implement the programme.<\/li>\n<li>To engage 50 adults (10 per country) from disadvantaged groups to explore the benefits of the programme through online dissemination activities and 5 multiplier events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project outputs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UPthEm training programme<\/li>\n<li>An audiovisual collection of good entrepreneurial practices for disadvantaged adults<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Target group:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our project will target adult educators and adults with disadvantaged backgrounds with special attention to the unemployed ones.<\/p>\n<p>Further, based on the experience of each partner, we agreed to target adults facing: sociocultural difficulties \u2013 related to experiencing discrimination because of gender, ethnicity or religion, economic \u2013 related to unemployment and poverty and geographical &#8211; citizens living in small towns or rural areas, where the employment opportunities are limited and the rate of long-term unemployment is higher in comparison with other regions, disabled people.<\/p>\n<div class=\"partners\">\n<p><strong>Partners:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Know and Can Association (Coordinator) &#8211; Bulgaria<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>ADES &#8211; Romania<\/li>\n<li>CWEP &#8211; Poland<\/li>\n<li>ADRM &#8220;Danube&#8221; &#8211; Bulgaria<\/li>\n<li>STIMMULI FOR SOCIAL CHANGE \u2013 Greece<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Facebook: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/UPthEMProject\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/UPthEMProject<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"footer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px 10px 0px 0px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cwep.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/erasmus.png\" alt=\"erasmus\" width=\"176\" height=\"50\" \/><br \/>\nChanging lives.
